- Personalized goods, swimwear, intimate apparel, or final sale items may not be returnable for hygiene or custom reasons.

3. Shipping & Logistics within Ecuador
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, Santidad will cover the cost of return shipping via local couriers like Servientrega, Tramaco, or Laar Courier.
- Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning the item simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
